Abstract Submission & Management
Important information for your registration:
  • Participation of persons with affiliation in the Russian Federation or in Belarus:
    As an event organized under the umbrella of the European Magnetism Association, JEMS2025 follows the policy discussed and decided for all of its events. The participation of persons with affiliation in the Russian Federation or in Belarus will not be considered, neither on-site nor on-line. However, any individual may participate with a neutral affiliation such as IUPAP , no affiliation, or identified with an ORCID number.
  • Participation of persons with Ukrainian affiliation:
    EMA and JEMS2025 organizers will promote programmes to provide specific support to participants with affiliation in Ukraine. Participants in this situation should register but they should contact the organization before proceeding with payment of the registration fee.

 

The organizers invite the magnetic community to submit abstracts for talks and posters related to the conference topics. Especially young scientists are encouraged to contribute to the conference.

For the submission of an abstract, no booking is necessary until a contribution is confirmed.

Use the Abstract Management System to submit and manage your contribution. Please select a topic and the type of contribution you would like to submit (talk or poster). Enter the title, a short description and the author information.

You can edit your contribution at any time until the final submission and upload documents like your poster or the pdf of your abstract after submission.

For better planning of the conference, we kindly ask you to indicate in your submission if you plan to travel to Frankfurt (Germany) for JEMS 2025 or if you plan to attend the event virtually.

All documents and presentations must be prepared in English. Please prepare a one page abstract with one figure according to the template. The one page abstract can also be uploaded after confirming your contribution.
